Booking terms

Everything to know before you book a Winkbox photo booth for your event. No hidden charges. Confirmed on advance payment.

  1. Minimum booking

    Minimum booking is 2 hours.

  2. Overtime

    If a short-duration booking is extended, additional per-hour charges apply.

  3. Outside Guwahati

    Transportation and travel charges are borne by the client.

  4. Long-duration events

    Food and refreshments for booth staff are to be provided by the client.

  5. Wi-Fi

    Client-provided Wi-Fi is requested where available for smooth operation.

  6. Venue space

    The venue must provide a safe, suitable and accessible space for setup.

  7. Setup time

    Setup time is separate from the booked operating hours.

  8. Additional hours

    Additional hours are subject to availability.

  9. Confirmation

    Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

  10. Outdoor bookings

    Outdoor bookings require a covered or weather-protected setup area.
